Change is an inevitable part of life. From the clothes we wear to the friends we keep, everything around us is subject to change. I’m personally thankful for the support of family and friends who have supported me in pursuing my artistic goals and dreams. I’m also thankful that I’ve found a way to address feelings of hopelessness around sustainability and climate justice, which can be overwhelming for individuals to tackle. I’ve found a way to connect my artwork to my deep concern for the environment, and hopefully create a dialog with viewers about the need for climate awareness. 

Fear is a natural response to the unknown. It can prevent us from taking risks, stepping out of our comfort zones, and seeking new opportunities. However, when we allow fear to control our lives, we hinder our personal growth and limit our potential for transformation. Therefore, it is crucial to recognize fear as a normal emotion and to confront it head-on.

One effective method of overcoming fear is to challenge our negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. Instead of dwelling on potential failures or disappointments, focus on the possibilities and opportunities that change can bring.
